The best aspect of the using this application is that by selecting "safer route" - it steers you toward routes that maximize the use of bike lanes, bike paths, greenways, and other bike-friendly streets. Nice since there are so many new bike lanes in that popped up recently, I have a hard time keeping track.

Ride the City launched over a year ago starting with NYC and is now available for Chicago, Austin, and Louisville! The HopStop of navigating the city - plug in your point A and B, select the type of route from "safer", "safe" or "direct" and the directions, distance, and estimated time pop up...
